The project itself isn't too daunting - it's just finding the time to work on it. Of course pair that with the fact that I'm filming the creation process so a video tutorial can be made when the thing is said and done and you can see why this process is taking a while!!
I'm going to be home alone for a few days (meaning my videographer won't be here), but fortunately right now I have a bunch of ruffles to make and since we already shot the putting together of one ruffle, there's no need to get the rest of them. So I'm hoping to hit a point where I can actually start ruffling by the time he returns.
After that it's just constructing the whole thing (and putting a waistband on it of course!)
After that I get to edit a hell of a lot of video!
And not just of this little endeavor - Rick also filmed a plant workshop that we both attended and the woman who put it all together would like a nicely edited piece to be able the sell with a little booklet talking about the plants discussed at the workshop.
Gonna have the dust off my editing skills - it's been a while!!
Oh and then there's the sword workshop video too that I've been asked to help edit as well!
In theory I won't be doing that one solo - the woman who shot it is (I think) going to handle most of that once I teach her the program and make sure she's set.
So I haven't touched video editing in YEARS and I have three projects all at once!
Also just an fyi: It's Star Trek Phase 2 season again!
Going to get to participate in another Trek shoot. Those are always exciting.

Busy, busy, busy!
